NDR ao realizar Mail Flow em caixas migradas de Exchange Server 2010 para Exchange Online–Office 365 com Hybrid Deployment

Usuários migrados de servidores Exchange Server 2010 SP3 para Exchange Online – Office 365 sob um Hybrid Deployment podem receber o seguinte retorno NDR ao:

  • Tentar enviar uma mensagem a partir de uma caixa interna local (não migrada) do Exchange Server 2010
  • Tentar enviar uma mensagem de uma caixa externa à organização (Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Zimbra, Outlook.com, Gmail, etc.):

Neste meu cenário de migração Hybrid, todos os outros fluxos funcionaram (interna e externamente). Apenas estes dois fluxos retornam NDR. Analisando a mensagem de retorno, em destaque, identifica-se que trata-se de uma configuração de entrega relacionada ao Routing Address que não foi corretamente definida pelo Hybrid ao término da migração da caixa via New Remote Move Request.

Neste caso, temos que ir até as propriedades do contato que o processo de deployment cria no EMC – Exchange Management Console> Recipient Configuration>Mail Contact

Neste ponto, na guia E-Mail Addresses, setamos o endereço SMTP:alias@domain.mail.onmicrosoft.com

Contact Properties

Este SMTP é criado pelo conector no processo de Hybrid Deployment. A partir de agora, 100% do seu fluxo de mensagens funcionará! Smiley piscando
